Note
Our goal is to simplify complex orthopedic non-surgical treatment procedures into an easy-to-understand format. However, we want to emphasize that having a basic understanding of a treatment approach does not replace a doctor's visit or professional medical advice. It can, however, encourage early consultation with a physician, helping to prevent worsening conditions or the development of chronic issues.
